Past Global Changes Magazine (formerly PAGES news) is PAGES' main publication, a free paleoscience magazine published two to three times a year. View past issues here.

Guidelines for Authors of Science Highlights

Maximum 1300 words, including figure captions
Must include two scientific figures

The authors of Science Highlights articles benefit from a readership of several thousand active paleoscientists worldwide. Publication in Past Global Changes Magazine is not meant to replace but rather presumes publication in peer-reviewed literature. Submissions should be of interest to an interdisciplinary, international readership.

Guidelines for authors of Workshop Reports and Program News articles

Maximum 650 words, including figure captions and 1 figure or photo strongly relevant and connected to the text. Must be a scientific figure or photo, we do not accept group photos. A logo can also be included.

Workshop reports, due one month after the workshop's completion, should aim to report on the scientific essence of the meeting i.e. why was it held and what were the scientific achievements. See the guidelines for further information.
