Corvallis is about 160 km (100 mi) south of Portland airport and about 55 km (35 mi) north of Eugene airport.

car rental
By car, the travel time is about 1.5 hours from Portland and 45 mins from Eugene. Most international connecting flights will fly in to Portland. Cars can be rented from both airports.The car rental companies Enterprise and Hertz have offices in Corvallis, where a car picked up at the airport could be dropped off.

Shuttle service is available from both airports. Oregon State University recommends the following shuttles:

Portland to Corvallis - Hut Airport Shuttle
The cost is $48 one-way.

Eugene to Corvallis shuttle - OmniShuttle
The cost is $19.50 one-way.


driving directions
From i-5 Interstate 5 Highway
Take Exit 228 to Corvallis. Head west 16 km (10 mi) on Highway 34. Make a left turn onto Highway 34 bypass. Go right on 26th St., cross Western Blvd., and the Alumni Center will be on your right.

From Highway 99 Southbound (99W)
Highway 99W becomes 4th St. Make a right turn on Western Blvd. Take another right turn on 26th St. Drive one block and the Alumni Center will be on your right.

parking information

Plenty of parking is available in the Reser Stadium parking area, across the street from the Alumni Center and LaSells Stewart Center.

Campus parking areas require tickets from 7 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. These can be bought from machines in the area and from the Parking Services office in Adams Hall, located at 15th St. & Washington St. (number 6 on the map above). The hourly price is $1. The full-day (five hours or more) price is $5. Week-long parking passes are available for $24.
